We have those! If you have a discount code you'd like to apply to a purchase, just follow these steps:
1) Click on "My Cart"
2) Click on "View and edit cart"
3) Enter your code into the field under "Apply discount code"
4) Click on "Apply Discount" and enjoy the savings!

3. How do I check my order status?

You have to be a registered user. You can either sign up before ordering or you will be given the option after checkout. Just follow these steps:
1) Click on "My Account" at the top of the page
2) Log in to your account
3) Click on "My Orders" on the left-side menu
4) You'll see a list of your orders with their status on the right

4. What does it mean when my order is being “processed”?

It means we're working quickly to ship out your order but that it hasn't shipped just yet.

5. How do I cancel an order?

If the order has not shipped yet, please reach out to us as soon as possible! We're working hard to get your order out as quickly as we can, so the sooner we hear from you the better.

If your order has shipped, please go through the returns process and one of our amazing customer service heroines will send you a USPS return label. Just apply the new label when you receive the package and send it back!

Shipping & Delivery

1. What countries do you ship to?

We currently only ship to the U.S., but we're working hard to expand to other countries! Sign up to our newsletter at the bottom of the page to keep up with all future announcements.

2. How do I track my shipment?

When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with shipment details and a tracking number. If you have an account with us, you can also look up your tracking number using the following steps: 
1) Click on "My Account" at the top of the page
2) Log in to your account
3) Click on "My Orders" on the left-side menu
4) Find the correct order on the right and click on "VIEW ORDER"
5) Click on the "Order Shipments" tab
6) You can either click on "Track this shipment" on the right or use the tracking number and track it manually through the USPS website.


1. I have a specific product question... How can I get an answer to it?

For any questions, simply send an email to customerservice@exquisiteform.com or send a message through our contact page and one of our product experts will get back to you!

2. Can I return or exchange products that I purchased from another retailer?

We only accept returns for items purchased from ExquisiteForm.com. If the items were purchased elsewhere, please contact the retailer to complete your return or exchange.


1. How do I unsubscribe from newsletters and promotional e-mails?

If you'd like to unsubscribe from marketing emails, simply click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.
